Lavender Lemonade Recipe
A soothing and refreshing herbal twist on a summer classic.
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender (or 2 tablespoons fresh)

1 cup boiling water

¾ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)

½ to ¾ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

3 cups cold water

Ice

Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Steep the lavender in 1 cup boiling water for 10–15 minutes.

Strain out the lavender buds and stir in honey or sugar while the water is still warm.

In a pitcher, combine the lavender infusion, lemon juice, and cold water.
