Hen House

It was a rainy day, and I wanted to find a few things to take to a flea market show in September. I like to take a few inexpensive things, and something with color to add to my vintage and junk finds.

Rhynes in Ringgold, Georgia, is a wholesale only business. It is housed in two huge warehouses, with ironwork out in the gravel yard. It’s a scenic drive, and the warehouses are located overlooking acres of fields with hay bales ready to be picked up.

There were SO many things to pick from, but I didn’t have much money, and figured I could return again before the show.  I just wanted to get an idea of what they had.

These little chicken egg holders caught my eye, and I thought they would look good with my buckets of hens and chicks, feeders, and galvanized nest box.  Have you noticed I tend to think in terms of themes?

This Mama Hen and her chicks hold 1/2 dozen eggs, and would look great on your breakfast table for your boiled eggs.  Cost 10.00 plus shipping

This hen holds two and costs 7.00 plus shipping.

And my favorite, a little hen with one egg, just for you!

She is 4.50 plus shipping.

I can’t put these on my Etsy page because they are new.  If you would like one, Private Message me on my Facebook Page.  gardenchick facebook page.  I can calculate shipping and give you a total price.

Hope you enjoy!

Karen
