I love the spring and summer, and by January, I’m ready to start ordering from the seed catalogs that start filling our mailboxes. I actually received one today! But, just like our bodies, our gardens need a period of rest. So instead of bemoaning the cold weather, I’ll take this time to plan for next years garden, dream of future projects, and be thankful for the rest that winter brings.
