Using Ladders in the Garden

Last spring, one of the local antique shops in town was closing it’s doors.  A half price sale was all I needed to head down and take a look.  This little ladder with the painted, screwed on box, was obviously destined to be used in the bathroom, but not quite my style. But, at 10 dollars I grabbed it up knowing I could find something to do with it.

Plans are underway for a new garden shed and chickencoop in the back yard, and I think this little ladder deserves a place in it.

I decided to keep the blue, but paint the attached box a different color, especially since it says Bath Time. I buy these sample colors at our local Ace Hardware, in a variety of colors, and red seemed the perfect choice.

Next, garden supplies were gathered.  Twine, clippers, notepad, seeds, garden soap, gloves and pots are assembled.
