Each pillow is approximately 5x5, with a blend of herbs between 2 layers of fiberfill. No essential or fragrance oils are added. Choose from 2 blends.

The blue and fuschia print (fuschia ribbon - on left) contains a combination of herbs for a "Pleasant" sleep.
